Vanilla, French oak, honeyed grass, raw cane
Smokey smell. Love the smell! Like standing in a barbecue that's grilling pancakes. Carcinogenic but addicting and hard to walk away.
The light color is deceptive given the oily molasses nose. The most perfect turpentine flavor. I prefer this unrefined style.
Grassy scent with some alcohol or chemical note (like hose water). Easy mouth feel and easy going down. Warm burn in the chest at the end and a sharp ting on the tongue. Second time around it smells incredibly like pancakes. Good ones!
Muted fruit up front with a peppery finish, almost like a tequila.
Spiked simple syrup. Buttery. Add soda water and an ice cube and you'd have a nice summer drink.
