Deep cola, like a coke left out over night. So dark I can barely see through my glass.
Nose: maple sugar. Taste: Warm, vanilla sugar cane! Comforting. Butterscotch.
Heavy molasses. Raisin. Kind of savory and I could see finishing a meal with a small glass of this.
Oily and buttery upfront with a light turpentine brown sugar flavor like a jamaican rum. Maybe a little too sweet of a finish to keep going back, but definitely has character. Like an Old Fashioned.
