Can't keep my glass full enough to describe it.
Subtle sweet aroma of caramel and sea breeze. Soft mouthfeel with layers of flavor that develop over the length of the palate. Sea salt caramel, delocious and enjoyable to spend some time with.
Licorice and some citrus, new house, and some hickory woodsmoke.
Pine needles on my tongue reminds of a tough portage on the Kopka River in NW Ontario. Pine bows slapping me in the face as I trudge into the gorge. Vanilla pudding.
Nose of black licorice and wet wood. Palate: sweet.
Notes of bananas, oak, and vanilla. Complex and smokey. Tobacco. Delicious finish.
Coffee nose, ripe fruit, assertive taste.
