Tasting Notes
After the little bit of the edge, this is straight-up delicious, at least as much as a wheater in this range can be. There's a lot here. If you can find for MSRP, get it!
Maple. Cut wood. Maybe some lavender (?!?) on the nose. Butter and caramel flavors
Can’t go wrong with 107.
Sweet brown sugar, a little bitter. Nicely balanced but not very complex.
Better. Soft in the mouth, runs down the throat with a sweeter after taste. This is the least harsh of the Bourbons tonight. I like the after taste. It opens up a bit with time.
