Hand-picked single barrel (#439), dumped on March 10, 2020 at 93 proof. Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon is typically aged for 6 to 8 years. It is aged in Warehouse H at Buffalo Trace, which is the only metal-cladded warehouse at Buffalo Trace and was commissioned for construction by one of the distillery's early leaders, Albert B. Blanton, shortly after the end of the Prohibition era.

We tasted Blanton's Single Barrel (03-10-20) at Meeting No. 90 on May 28, 2020. We rated it very highly at 3.83 out of 5. Blanton's Single Barrel (03-10-20) ranks 19th overall in Bourbon. At a street price of $160, this spirit is expensive, but worth it.

Lots of flavor. Super complex. Sweeter with aftertaste that goes and goes. Delicious!
