Hot whisky caramel. Scotch-ish. A little speyside smoke. But from Taiwan. Oh man, love this with a basset hound snoring on my chest.
Sour nose, almost astringent. Bitter peppery notes and an assertive finish. Fascinating, complex, and fun.
Scent of attic raisins, musty and sunny sweet.
Grassy notes on the nose, peppery finish, caramel notes
Powerful nose like plum wine. Reminds me of the Bainbridge Yama. Best for pouring over your pancakes. Too sweet to drink neat.
Wow! Lots of alcohol here. Had to back away a bit and add some water. Nice long finish. Transforms over a few minutes.
