Oh Wow! Now that is complex. Multi-layered flavor release happens in stages. A little smoky with a mouth-filling subtle fullness. Soft, smooth texture. One of the best whiskeys' I've ever tasted.
Soft honeysuckle nose meets barley. Mouthfeel is luxe with mint, hemp, and grain. Never turn down a dram from Sullivans Cove, if you can find it.
Nose is full of sun soaked plums, raises and the subltle pumice nose of an aged grappa. Thick and rich, creamy and skunky.
Time to revisit Woodstock! A smooth, balanced and interesting dram that carries a unique perspective and introspection.
