Ooo, so much sherry. Reminds me of the solara Spanish Brandy’s blended with fine oaky whiskey.
Absolute flavor bomb. Sherry shines through but water opens it up and expands the profile to encompass notes of brown sugar, caramel, butter, and plum.
Cherry Cream Duke Ellington
Strong sherry and nutty nose. Rich, viscous and unctuous. Dark fruit, cherry, vanilla, some caramel. Very complex and flavors just keep going. Sticky and long finish with lots of mouth coating fruit.
