Buttered popcorn, vanilla, and oak. Some honey and a tiny bit of spice. Really smooth and delicious, but I might be biased.

Strong sherry and nutty nose. Rich, viscous and unctuous. Dark fruit, cherry, vanilla, some caramel. Very complex and flavors just keep going. Sticky and long finish with lots of mouth coating fruit.

Nose is a little smokey with a bit of tar/asphalt and bandaids (sounds bad, but in a good way). The taste is bright and sharp, with pineapples and lemon. Finish is medium with good sweetness.

Floral nose with some light sulfur and nuts from the sherry. The taste is solid sherry with some nuts and pepper. Finish is longer than the last with sweet and peppery oak.

Vegetal and leafy nose, like fresh cut vegetables. Salty and sweet with some pepper, but the sweetness is fainter and longer lasting.... almost sour.

Super vegetal with earth, ash and straw on the nose. Taste is sweet, concentrated and sharp citrus fruit. Almost salty and a little bitter lime. Finish is a bit short and almost dirty, with pepper and tar and some bandaids. I like this till the finish. Just a little too bitter for me.
