Starward Nova

Delicate and wise beyond its years. Like a highland scotch.

Light, floral and a bit zesty. Like a Glenmorangie wine finish, but significantly more youthful. There's something slightly bitter in there, but still good.

Juicy fruit on the nose and a ton of character for a 2 year old pour. Finish that pleases but short lived.

Mellow and sweet with some dark fruit flavors. Slightly funky. Unfortunate chlorine notes mar the finish.
