Distilled in Japan and made from 100% rice. Aged 3 years in new American oak, French Limousin oak and sherry casks.

Tasting Notes
Bright and light, amazingly soft and smooth for an 82 proof spirit.
Smells like Juicy Fruit! But does not TASTE like Juicy Fruit. Very light and melts in your mouth like a ghost.
Distinct sake nose but without the rich vapor that can catch your throat. Delicate coconut and rice, I would have guessed an alcohol percentage in the low thirties / high twenties.
Rubber stamp licorice. Young variety, clear spirit. Not ideal.
Semi-sweet linger. Zero nose (beyond ethanol).
