Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 30 in November 2014
 •  4.0

Mellow, soft, grassy sweet. My favorite of the lot tonight.

 •  3.5

Warm floral honey with a touch of ozone. So pleasing. I like that puddle of water stink.

 •  3.5

Brilliant nose. Not as exciting on the palate, but worthy of the name "highland scotch". Best for "pre-funking".

 •  3.0

Smooth, consistent, nice balance. I could drink it every day.

 •  3.0

Sweet honey nose and front of mouth. Opens up into a chewy gumdrop with a clove finish. Best for when eating oatmeal.
