The 21 year Jura is part of the Jura rare collection, and the third oldest offering from Jura Distillery. The island of Jura has a population of around 200 people, which included at one time the author and essayist George Orwell.
Isle of Jura 21 Year (2017) was tasted at Meeting No. 55 on February 23, 2017. Out of 5, we rated it very highly at 3.81. Isle of Jura 21 Year (2017) ranks 7th overall in Scotch. Costing $130, this spirit is on the pricier side, but well worth the money.

Woody and subtle, excellent dram.
Slight toastiness and cooked peach/melon nose. Full chocolate nuts in the mouth.
Smooth and balanced, but finish leaves you hanging.
