Punk fest. Moldy cheese. Tight sweetness. Coats the tongue. Tasted like Stranahan sherry cask.
Thick humid air of a bubbling sherry swamp. Flashbacks to my supermarket experience this weekend when I busted an entire bottle of sherry all over myself.
Sherry punch with a little funk!
Funky chocolate raisin nose. Heat and white pepper. Sherry and Bruichladdich like ozone.
Dried fruit and fudgy cardboard. Sweet. Solid but kind of unbalanced.
Smells like white out and has a burnt hair/chemical taste. Smells like fruitcake after adding a few drops of water, and calms down the chemical undertones. Surprising long, low burn with apples and cherries on the forefront. Fermented vegetables on the end.
Interesting nose. Feint wiff of oxidation. A bit oily on the mouth. Don’t pick up a ton of cereal notes until long after I finished. Very interesting.
