Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 58 in May 2017
 •  4.5

Scent of pickle juice, dandelion milk, and musty oak. Taste is a perfectly sour, hidden at the entrance, appears and flourishes from mid palate to finish, equipped with the tools of subtle dryness and metallic bite.

 •  3.5

Bittersweet toffee. After taste is hard. Coats your mouth with syrup. Can taste the wine barrel influence. Meh...

 •  3.5

Solidly decent tequila at an absurd price point. Sour finish, reminiscent of a mezcal.

 •  3.0

Deep plummy nose. Dusty old 6 year extra anejo seems a little dull for my taste.

 •  2.5

Nice toasted oak aromas. Green peppercorn flavor. Some bitterness. Not my favorite.
