I'm in love with this. It's hot but not overly so. Very balanced vanilla, honey, and maybe melon?
Rich, luscious nose: full rich body and sweet, balanced syrupy spice; warm heat; long caramel finish.
Rich nose of nougat and prosperity. Amazing stonefruit and desert fruitcake. A fantastic surprise if you think Irish whiskey is boring.
Sparkly alcohol heat on the finish. Again just good whiskey, which is kind of the theme with Irish whiskey in general.
Nice and balanced. Very light banana. Peppery finish. Could easily sit and sip this after a long night.
Nice acetone apple smell. Definitely has a bright punch followed by sponge cake. Nice light caramel after more sips.
