Coconut up front and some pineapple in the background. Like listening to Iz's Somewhere Over the Rainbow while sitting on the beach. A truly unique bourbon.
Robust caramel and fruit with a finish that pleases!
Pineapple & coconut. & passion fruit. Never thought of bourbon as a tropical drink but now I do. Put on a grass skirt before drinking.
I wanted to love this, but it's just ok. Nose is light oak. Taste is light and tropical, as discussed. The coconut and banana are noticeable, but it's missing the deep rich caramel and vanilla that I love about OFBB. The finish is too short and a bit tannic.
A different kind of Bourbon for me. Sweeter. I don't find it that light up front but more fruity in the after taste, particularly on the front of the tongue. Smooth. I think the comparisons to spiced rum is accurate
