The oldest expression from the oldest distillery in Italy. This Nardini expression uses their trademark steam distillation technique and is aged in Slavonian oak for 15 years.
Nardini Riserva 15 was tasted at Meeting No. 79 on April 25, 2019. Out of 5, we rated it very highly at 3.19. Nardini Riserva 15 ranks 13th overall in Other. Costing $115, this spirit is on the pricier side given the our rating of it.
The nose is hot with sun dried tomatoes and lemon pepper. These notes give way to moist soil and olive oil. The mouth feel is dry and and tastes of ash and minerals. Salted fish and dried plums find the back of the throat and linger for a while.

Listerine and serrano pepper
Smooth floral nose but with a whiff of alky. Sharp taste and strong walnut bite.
