Beautiful spirit. Enjoyable in a variety of ways. A little syrupy. Sweet but still a great balance of herbal notes.
Flashing back to my health food store owning parents herbal remedies... in a good way
Super sweet like thick dessert wine. Very strong at 54%. Way too sweet to drink much. Over the top herbals.
Mouthwash aftertaste to start with, which is good because it cuts into the sweetness of it.
Syrup, good with cocktails, but hard to drink on it own, pine needles,
