Distilled using a small batch, discontinuous Bain Marie distillation process, this grappa distillate is aged for 15 years in French Oak. The exact source of pomace for this grappa is not named but originates in the nearby Monferrato wine region.
We tasted Della Valle Grappa Riserva 15 at Meeting No. 79 on April 25, 2019. We rated it very highly at 3.46 out of 5. Della Valle Grappa Riserva 15 ranks 5th overall in Other. At a street price of $105, this spirit is on the pricier side given the our rating of it.
