Granite/chalky smell. It’s got an initial dry bite in a good way. Then a little licorice and lavender. It opens up and gets more floral. The most complex of the night.
Dirt and mulch on the nose. Bright pear and green peppercorns. Long finish. Very enjoyable.
Smells like spearmint and cloves. Very fancy “goop-style” toothpaste. Peppery to start with a soapy finish. Would drink again.
Nose of freshly milled paper, pepper, bitter greens, and a bit of dusty must boardering on anise. So cool, like nectar dripping from a flour, very pleasant but lacking richness.
