Tasting Notes
Usually not a fan on wine finishes, but this is just the right amount of weird. Big, round and darkly fruity. Yum.
Smells like a roasted s’more. Raisin, dark chocolate. Tobacco leaf. But tastes like saltwater, and smoked sturgeon on the Rupert River at Lac Nemaska.
Deep caramel in color with apricot and honey on the nose. Drinks a bit hot but much more accessible than the ABV would suggest. Complex and fun.
