Roll a plum in chalk and take a bite

Extremely herbal nose, a hint of bitterness and finishes buttery. Not picking up on the artichoke. Excited to try as a mixer.

Wicked good. - Bitter and astringent, but at the same time sweet! Nice bitter herbal finish. A trip to Italy in a single sip. Herbal finish goes on and on
