We tasted Clement Single Cask Hi-Time Wine 2016 Bottling at Meeting No. 59 on June 28, 2017. We rated it very highly at 3.03 out of 5. Clement Single Cask Hi-Time Wine 2016 Bottling ranks 17th overall in Rum.
Tastes like the Costa Rican rainforest after a warm summer storm. Wet wood, a little mud and decomposition. Relaxing and quiet.
Spicy with a hint of cherry.
Hard forward, turpentine, thin. Tastes like you would put it on a dish and light it on fire.
Light sweet notes, but surprisingly astringent, dark, sharp and less sugary than caramel. A bad dessert saved solely by the alcohol content, though dessert is never such a bad thing.
