Twoface! A funky agricole sea air with the fruit of the earth? I didn’t think it could be done with such grace!
Caramel, banana, cinnamon. Light and tight. Very drinkable, and not as peat forward as other Ardbegs.
Sweet notes with just a tiny hint of peat and funk. Tropical fruits.
Pine tar and vanilla extract
Immediately detect the rum agricole on the nose. Way more time in the rum barrels than the bourbon barrels. The nose got me interested but the flavor let me down after the first sip as the peat and funky rum does mix well. Leaves an essence of road kill in the mouth.
