Tasting Notes
Sharp like a razor with a silk edge. Tiger in a cage. With a drop of water, amplitude increases. I have to say this is a gem, even trying to ignore the pedigree. Peat is delicious.
Out of this world!! Love the pronounced Sherry flavor and peat combo. Didn't think I'd like a heavily peated spirit this much.
Cool ranch Doritos on the nose.
Composty nose. Crazy long finish.
Well balanced, sweeter finish, good bite
