A blend of up to 20 different bourbon casks with varying mashbills including both wheated and heavier rye content bourbons. Complex layers with aroma of dark coffee, vanilla, raisins and toffee. Initial hints of figs and dark fruits give way to notes of cocoa, marmalade, berries, roasted nuts. Lengthy, spicy finish.

Nutmeg and cinnamon aroma, felt like I got punched in the nose, pretty spicy and the end. Smelled better than it tasted.
Bright upfront, transitioning to a vanilla and rough textural vibration, fading to an organic finish of ripe peaches. A few drops of water flatten everything out.
Banana and vanilla aroma. Rich toffee flavor with a moderate spice finish.
Sharp and peppery. Unexpected bite at first. But doesn't linger. Maybe too strong to appreciate the flavor. Complex notes but actually growing on me.
