Tasting Notes
Like a ramen scotch, with a poached egg floating in the center. Very tasty. Sweet and sour.
Clean, sophisticated, concrete, cinnamon candy, shiso leaf
Easy pleasant nose. Sweet start at the front of the tongue. Develops to tart and slightly rough mid-palette. Trashy finish on the exhale - like a doused cigarette butt.
Floral and sweet, but a little rough around the edges for an 18 year old.
