We tasted Bruichladdich Black Art 6.1 at Meeting No. 71 on July 25, 2018. We rated it exceptionally at 4.38 out of 5. Bruichladdich Black Art 6.1 ranks 4th overall in Scotch.
Heavy and flavorful. Dark chocolate notes that require unpacking. Lingers long after the last sip. Fantastic.
Zesty punchy rat-ta-tat drum. This is alive. My mouth is humming after this one. I really like this, but I need both this and the 4.1 to be truly happy.
Full bodied. Molasses and leather. Saddle up cowboy and make me some beans in a cast iron pot over a slow burning fire.
Slight whiff of gasoline with an amazing smooth finish like sliding down in a car on black ice heading into a pillow factory.
