This spirits was created by the Trondheim Aquavit Club to celebrate the 1,000 year anniversary of the city of Trondheim, Norway's cultural and religious capital.

Smells like mint, drinks harsh, and mutes quickly into subtle flavors. Surprisingly nuanced for such an aggressive burn. Slight anise and citrus notes.
Balanced overall, but dill stands out.
Very alcohol smell. A little heat. Bitter citrus undertones. Would drink it during endless night.
Looks like whiskey. Definitely not whiskey.
