Tequila nose, with a hint freshly printed book: white glossy pages; paper back; fiction Sweet and floral. I drink you for dessert.
At first, you might think your tasting a tequila blanco, not so fast. The sugar and spice resonates in a more complex yet refreshing spirit.
A little bit of a dirty taste which I think is the mineral contact in the ground that the leaves are grown in. Also reminded me of a scotch at the very beginning. Slightly woody.
If nosed blind, I would have sworn this was a high end joven tequila. On taste, yea this definitely isn't a tequila. A little savory - would go great with a turkey leg. Nice texture too.
This is a delicious pisco. Variation on the floral aspects of a fine gin, but more delicate, juicy, like a ripened peach. Raisins on nose.
