Copperworks Amaretto Cask Finished Gin
This is an interesting experimental offering from Copperworks. Started as their standard gin recipe. It was then aged in barrels that originally contained the Copperworks New American Oak Cask Finished gin and was then used to aged amaretto from Sons of Vancouver distillery and then was brought back to age this spirit.

This is delightful and totally not what I was expecting - great after dinner dram even at 100 proof.
