Sea Bishop: light, flavorful -- strong on the berries but fun and eminently enjoyable.
Juniper and cucumber with a mild pine and cedar finish. Well done!
Peppery and lemony. Rosemary. Evergreen. Good solid gin.
Pleasing cork noise. Really peaceful mouth experience, allows the cucumber and herbals to present with confidence. I get a finishing scent of sea air and freshly cut salmon.
Cucumber water and fire. Would be great in a cocktail.
