Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 92 in July 2020

Wow! A tequila I like! Peppery. Acrid nose! Smooth with medicinal after taste.

 •  4.0

A lot of forward annis- almost could be confused as an aquavit. Salty finish- very unique tequila and very drinkable.

 •  3.0

Distinct nose - medicinal and piney but more going on and hard to pin down. Agave is less noticeable than the oak and alcohol. Flavors are strong and pronounced on the first sip but mellow and almost disappear after 2-3 sips.

 •  2.0

Soapy nose and super spicy finish. Strong Sichuan pepper. My upper lip is getting a little sweaty from this one.
