Tasting Notes
First Tasted at Meeting No. 17 in October 2013
Cloudy clear rhubarb scent. Orange/pear taste is liquid syrup - 40% desert wine. Would be a fantastic mixer with champagne.
Smell is salty and pickled. Taste is sugar water candy squirt. Dessert rum. So smooth for 80 proof. I would serve this if it didn't smell so "off".
