Bunnahabhain 12

Dark musty leather and rum. Dried fruit. Where's my leather chair? Oily and lingering. There's something I can't decode. Exotic and inviting.

Nose: Vanilla cognac. Hot. Earthy, like rich loam; tastes faintly of a pile of burning leaves. With a few drops of water, the flavor evens out & spreads smoothly. Toffee.

Oily, smokey, smooth. Cinnamon.

Sour burning nasal passages. Rum-ish taste. Metallic.

Creamy and light. Slight peat, no burn. With water the sweetness comes to the surface.
