From the Tenareze region of Gascony, and made of brandies from 15 to 60 years old.

Brown sugar, maple syrup or molasses, apple, reminds me of thanksgiving (cooking spice with apple notes). Very complex, layered profile. Changes in the glass; clean, pleasant finish.
Smell carries a warm rain scent. Hint of berry as well. Taste opens smoothly with fruity and maple tones. Aftertaste is long lasting but light and aromatic.
Woodsy, mossy nose with no alcohol detectable. Smooth across the range of the sip. Complex mix of flavors. Most reminiscent of a whiskey.
I smell Playdoh, but taste a rubbery texture that lingers in the mouth too long.
