Sweet and smooth, reminds me of a big bowl of French Vanilla Ice Cream with Baileys on top.
Caramel vanilla dessert, Italian pastry. Excellent with a drop of water.
Mental image: lying back in a dentist chair. Brown sugar, fluoride.
