Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 15 in August 2013
 •  2.5

Nose full of banana bread! Woody oak, sautéed sage butter.

 •  2.0

Funky spearmint notes, smooth on entry -- thin, watery finish. After taste is less than desirable after the Sullivans Cove. Lacks character that comes with age.

Nose of hay, wet corn or even attic, maybe banana bread. Corn. It's really clean with some light apple or pear flavors. With the exception of the nose this could be Irish.
