Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 50 in August 2016

Sweet on the nose. Like walking through a caramel factory. Wow, I love this. Either I haven't had a good tasting in a while or the spirit is world class. Sweet and explosive in a good way.

Ok! Now we're talking. Beautiful color but undistinguishable nose. But all that really matters is the taste and this is like Willy Wanka took the smell of a pipe tabacco shop and all the unique blends and put it into river of amazing ness that my senses are swimming in!

Smells like carmalized peaches and burnt sugar. Lots going on in this one. Deserves to be savored.

Really nice dark fruits, super easy drinking, flavorful and lush

Vanilla on the nose. Great nose. A very distinctive flavor that I cannot put my finger on. Very drinkable. Marshmallows? Marshmallows! Love this.

Dusty, reminiscent of old Rioja. Spent big red gum,

Apple and smoke on the nose. And something like pear or apple on the palate. Smooth with a little sweetness. Peat is minimal. Really nice.
