Tasting Notes
Citrus fruity nose with a full, charging beginning, middle, and end. It’s almost like it’s about to explode but is perfectly constrained with some non-Euclidean geometric balance. The unseasoned wood is absolutely perfect - welcome to wood school. Yum!
Sweet vanilla and oak on the first whiff, then tangerine on the taste, finished long and delicious!
