This small batch Rye is made with several different mashbills with varying amounts of rye. It is on the younger age of rye lineup that includes a 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 year offerings.

Slight sour green wood nose. Earthy black walnut flavor. Cinnamon and spice on subsequent sips. So good.

That rye is good. Love the heat and cool aspects, fights my throat in a good way. Would love to drink this on a canoe trip in the Little North - watch out for polar bears!!
