Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 69 in May 2018
 •  4.0

Very light. Delicate. Lightly smoky. Pleasant finish. Flirty.

Tight. Hits with smoky crispness. Has an ashy smell. Starts hard and stays with you for some time. Ends with a piney aftertaste.

 •  3.5

Buttery sweet nose with a touch of smoke. Some tart yet zesty notes. Drinkable and will please most who like a smoky agave spirit. Not that balanced, but whatevs.

Potent nose, so rich with the scent of bitter, reminds me of a fennel anise mix, but laying as the foundation of floral and melon symphony. Liquid silver lime green flash. Could easily become my main source of hydration.
