Tasting Notes
deeper and richer flavor/nose than the WhistlePig. More complex.
Subtle acetone slight sugar smell. Brilliant smooth caramel that's not too syrupy. There's a dark tree fruit/cherry complexity here that's really interesting. This is seriously drinkable, yet complex stuff.
Smells like ABS cement - harsh. Great complex flavors.
Similar to WhistlePig, but not as smooth. Lack the notes b/c I drank too much.
