Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 30 in November 2014
 •  4.0

Strong flavors of pear on the palate. Like drinking the juice from a jar of canned pears. Finishes very easy.

 •  4.0

Beautiful Irish! Prominent oak for an Irish. Lovely balance, slightly sweet.

 •  4.0

Nose: oranges, pears. Palate: strong pear, clover. Finish: flowery spice, tea.

 •  3.5

Sugar and apple smell like the pies mom used to bake. Full and dark chocolate flavor, balanced falling off both sides of the tongue, front and back. Wooden with water.
