Said to be one of the best values for a 21 year old single malt scotch. This expression is aged in first fill bourbon barrels and un-chill filtered with no added coloring.
We tasted Glencadam 21 Year Old at Meeting No. 21 on February 27, 2014. We rated it very highly at 3.80 out of 5. Glencadam 21 Year Old ranks 4th overall in Scotch. At a street price of $94, this spirit is on the pricier side, but well worth the money.

Sweet tropical, waxy nose. Candy. Seriously smells delicious. Thick viscous, more tropical and stone fruit. Perfect at cask strength as well. Another member said fruit leather. Great on a windy day -- no chapped lips! I added a half star at the end of the tasting because I was still thinking about this.

Nose of buttery pecans with tropical undertones. Palate is sweet and spicy with a hint of cinnamon. Finishes smooth.

Honey sweet with a few notes of peat at the finish. On the nose, its almost exactly the same as the taste but with a hint of fruit leather.

Some prune on the nose. Leaves a coating on the lips, did I just put chapstick on my lips?
