Tasting Notes

First Tasted at Meeting No. 13 in June 2013
 •  4.0

Peaty in its entirety, but never overwhelming. Nerf sports on the nose.

 •  3.5

Smokey notes. Sharp on the palate. Lighter viscosity. Immediate thoughts of an entertaining long night ending with a prayer to the porcelain gods.

 •  3.0

Light body like hydrated urine. Balanced peatiness that would pair well with potato dishes - or, foods with blander tastes. Sweeter on the tongue after a long swill.
