Fresh jalapeño peppers and sea salt dominate the nose. Super oily, the mouth is covered in an inviting blanket of bacon grease and heavy charcoal smoke. Cream cheese and light herb follow, quickly leading into more fresh peppers and sweet grass. The finish is long and lingers with pleasing smoke and lightly toasted corn. A fantastic dram!

Musty and damp, the nose is of rotting leaves and wet tobacco leaf. Raspberries and honey butter add to the oily mouthfeel and chew. Astringent, and layered, the mid-palate offers an explosion of baking spices, dried fruits, and creamy nuts come at you in waves. A very delightful pour!

The nose is hot with sun dried tomatoes and lemon pepper. These notes give way to moist soil and olive oil. The mouth feel is dry and and tastes of ash and minerals. Salted fish and dried plums find the back of the throat and linger for a while.

The nose is lime with with undertones of sea salt. Tart and bitter, the front palate is full of roasted coffee bean and touches of rich sage. Cherry cobbler and tea tree oil deliver a long and satisfying finish.
